Back in 2008 I was a brand new mother learning how to look after my beautiful newborn baby. …

It was definitely challenging learning how to breastfeed and operating on very little broken sleep – it’s kinda cruel isn’t it!

Anyway, one day I was feeding my baby and I came across this episode of Oprah that literally changed the way I approached motherhood.

It was so profound, yet simple I couldn’t understand why all expecting parents didn’t have this information.

It would certainly save a LOT of anguish for mothers, fathers and babies.

It’s so life-changing that I now incorporate this video into my natural birthing classes.

I make expecting parents sit and watch it … and you should see the amazed looks on their faces.

I know they’re so grateful I share this information with them, so I thought I would share it with you too.

Sit back and enjoy … parenting and looking after a newborn will NEVER be the same again!

OK, so what do you think?

It totally makes sense doesn’t it!

I used this “baby language” with both my babies and it saved my sanity as a new mum because I could always give my baby what they needed – less stress for bub, less stress for mama!

Leave a comment below on what you think of this amazing discovery or if you have used this for your baby.

Tracey … xx
