It scares me sometimes to see what people are reading while they are pregnant. Unsuspecting mothers are absorbing terrible advice and what’s even worse is that it’s all over mainstream media.
So, for today’s issue I have done a VIDEO that is in response to a magazine article I found in a very popular pregnancy magazine.
But you’ll have to please excuse my nasal sounding voice – I have been battling a cold. But after following my own advice and loading my body with garlic I’m on the med rather quickly
